This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit loomi.tax, book a call with us, or email us. When you use the Loomi app itself, the app’s own privacy policy applies.
Who we are
Loomi runs this website. For anything about your information, including the rights below, email us at hello@loomi.tax.
Visiting this website
When you visit, our hosting provider processes the technical details every website needs, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
We count visits and see which parts of the site are used with privacy-friendly statistics. They use no cookies, store nothing on your device and show us aggregated numbers only, never who you are.
If you fill in a form on this page, we use what you enter only to respond to your request.
Booking a call
Our booking calendar is provided by a scheduling service. When you book, you share your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form, which we use to prepare and hold the call. The booking calendar may set its own cookies, which you can accept or decline in the calendar.
Emailing us
When you write to us, we use your message and email address to reply.
Why we use your information
- Replying to you and holding a call you booked: because you asked us to, and so we can answer your questions before you decide to use Loomi.
- Visit statistics: our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of this website are useful, measured without cookies or anything that identifies you.
- Optional cookies in the booking calendar: your consent, which you give or refuse in the calendar.
Who else handles it
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers for hosting, visit statistics, scheduling, email, video calls and internal communication. They process your information only on our behalf. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and emails only as long as we need them for our conversation with you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it or to move it elsewhere, and you can object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for the booking calendar’s cookies through its cookie settings. Email hello@loomi.tax. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes
When we change how this website handles information, we update this notice and the date at the top.
